Spring

It's defo here! We've got spinach, celery, herbs of all kinds (except the lemongrass that got hit by the frost), tomatoes, garlic, cauli's, rocket and lettuce all either producing edibles at the mo or just sprouting like crazy. And then the plum, apricot, and nectarine trees are all blossoming and getting ready to give us buckets of fruit around Xmas time. Hope we don't get hit by too much rain again this year. Most of the fruit rotted on the tree before we could get to it last year.
And I'm sewing springy things as well. Not just for the shop either - doing something of my own at the moment. A wallhanging for a friend, starting with a patchworked background:

Oh, I am drooling over this fabric! I just bookmarked your blog. I too am a fabric collector and love to sew but seem never to have the time. I see you're selling the pattern, forget the pattern, I wanna buy the BAG, lol. Email me if you put it up for sale. I rarely seem to find cool fabrics like this at a reasonable price.
